Thanks, Ellie. You should check out our Catholic fiction reading list (click on the tab at the top of the page). Of course there are a lot lot lot of books listed there. I’m going to try and come up with a sort of “top 50″ or “Must Read” list in the near future.

This book was really quite fantastic! I was a bit skeptical but based on your review and a few other reviews I’d read, I ordered it for our library. (I’m a librarian in Canada.)The book just arrived on our shelves last Thursday and I read it in a day. Wonderful! I agree there could have been a few more chapters but otherwise a very very intense read. My book club is now in the process of reading it!Also I am really enjoying another Ignatius Press book , Postcard from the volcano.My own copy is on it’s way! Based on what I’ve read so far from our library copy, it too is a very excellent read.I’d appreciate knowing any more good Catholic books. Public libraries get all kinds of books but we are always a little short on good Catholic books.God bless
